All products sold by www.robosteam.ro are covered by warranty conditions in accordance with current legislation and the manufacturers’ commercial policies. The products are new, in their original packaging, and originate from sources specified by each manufacturer. Commercial warranties do not affect the legal warranty for product conformity.

Products with prolonged use benefit from warranty coverage based on the type of each product, following the manufacturer’s commercial policy. This is confirmed by a warranty certificate issued either directly by the manufacturer, in case they have a national service network, or by the distributor (included in the package upon delivery). The warranty certificate includes necessary details (duration, authorized service location, usage conditions, etc.) for the proper maintenance of the respective product. The absence of the product’s warranty certificate must be reported within 48 hours from receiving the merchandise, to the email address info@robosteam.ro. Any subsequent notifications will not be considered.

Products of common use (e.g., dolls, pencils, plastic toys, wooden toys, etc.) do not benefit from usage warranties. However, according to the current legislation, all products sold on www.robosteam.ro are covered by conformity warranties and for hidden defects. Thus, any product that lacks the same qualities as the products presented as samples or models, does not correspond to any purpose declared on our website, or does not maintain its normal quality and performance parameters for such products, is considered non-conforming and benefits from conformity warranties. Non-conforming or defective products will either be replaced or refunded if they cannot be replaced.

The maximum value of Robosteam SRL’s obligations towards any customer, in the case of non-delivery, improper delivery, or any other situation, is limited to the amount paid by that respective customer to Robosteam SRL.

Robosteam SRL cannot be held responsible in any way, directly or indirectly, for any loss, problem, or deficiency of any nature resulting from the use of the services offered and/or products sold.

All promotions displayed on our website take place within the limits of available stock. Promotional offers cannot be combined in the same order. Only one discount voucher can be used per order, and it does not apply to products with reduced prices. These promotions may be discontinued at any time without prior notice to the customer.
